Snagged! Buyer Guidelines

Buyer Rules

To keep Snagged safe and enjoyable for everyone, all buyers must follow these rules:

1. Account Setup

  • You must have a valid Snagged account with accurate information.
  • Add a profile photo and a short bio to build trust with sellers.

2. Communication

  • Keep all communication with sellers inside Snagged’s Inbox.
  • You are free to ask sellers questions directly on the platform about size, fit, or condition before purchasing.
  • Do not share personal payment details or request to complete transactions outside the platform.

3. Orders

  • Once you place an order, you are committing to purchase that item.
  • After receiving your item, you must confirm delivery by selecting “I’ve received my order” in the order page.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Buyers may not attempt to bypass Snagged’s payment system.

5. Shipping Expectations

  • Sellers have 5 business days to ship your order.
  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information through the Inbox.

6. Item Authenticity & Condition

  • Snagged only allows approved boutique brands.
  • If you believe an item has been misrepresented, report it to support@isnaggedit.com immediately.

7. Reviews

  • After each transaction, you are encouraged to leave a review for the seller.
  • Reviews only become public once both buyer and seller have submitted their feedback.
  • Leaving honest, respectful reviews helps keep the community safe and trustworthy.

8. Community Standards

  • Treat sellers and other buyers with respect at all times.
  • No harassment, offensive language, or fraudulent behavior will be tolerated.
