Snagged! Seller Guidelines & Rules
To keep Snagged safe, fair, and easy for everyone, all sellers must follow these rules:
1. Pricing: Must include item and shipping price. Maximum shipping price is $7.
2. Shipping Timeline: Sellers have 5 business days to ship orders.
3. Shipment Confirmation: Once you ship, you must:
- Add the tracking number in the order’s contact section.
- Mark the item as “shipped.”
4. Approved Brands Only: You may only list brands from the approved dropdown menu. To suggest a new brand, email brands@isnaggedit.com with the brand name and a photo. If approved, it will be added.
5. No Big-Box Brands: Snagged is strictly for Boujee and approved brands. Sellers who misrepresent brands or list big-box items risk immediate removal.
6. Item Descriptions & Photos: Be accurate and transparent in descriptions. Every listing must include at least one lay-flat photo of the item. Styled photos are optional but strongly encouraged to help buyers visualize the fit. Always disclose flaws or wear in both the description and photos.
7. Cross-Posted Items: If your item sells on another platform, you must immediately remove it from your Snagged storefront. This prevents buyers from purchasing items that are no longer available.
8. Promotion Guidelines: You may share direct links to your Snagged storefront or individual listings in Facebook groups or other communities. Screenshots of Snagged listings are not allowed to be posted anywhere. This ensures buyers shop directly and securely through the platform.
9. Reviews: After each completed transaction, sellers are required to leave a review for the buyer. Reviews on Snagged! only become public once both buyer and seller have submitted their feedback. If you want the buyer’s review of you to appear, you must also leave a review for them.
